My Experience with Kelly was just Fantastic. Kelly is a true professional Realtor. She takes the time to understand and uncover her client's buying goals before making recommendations. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to educate and guide her clients in the buying process and makes sure you make the right decision based on what your looking for. She knows Everything about her market and is a STR expert. As a real estate investor I learned alot from her. Working with Kelly helped my offer to be accepted on a Very Competitive listing because she helped us craft a very creative offer that brought more value without dishing out more out of pocket. I will definitely continue working with Kelly for future investments.

Kelly is a true Professional. She assisted us from the beginning of the process, giving us suggestions on achieving the maximum selling price thru gaining the total asking price within a few days of listing. We Highly recommend Kelly if you want to achieve the most from your home sale.

Kelly was amazing! We used her for both the sale and the purchase of our old/new home. She was able to find us a perfect home that met all our needs plus had more than enough of our wants. She kept everyone on track to be sure we closed on time no matter what obstacles got in our way. Highly recommended if you want a sure thing! She protects her clients to the end.

Johnny was very quick to respond to messages and showing requests. When our appraisal came back and needed attention, he had professionals to help us! He kept us informed through every step of the process. I was never left wondering what was going on or where we were at in this process! I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a professional, who will get the process completed quick and painlessly!!

Johnny knew the Poconos area very well and even had contacts we could tap into for cleaning services and contractors, etc. He is respectful but will give you the truth on things, which we really appreciated. He was so flexible with giving us virtual tours and even meeting us before closing to get measurements (seller allowed), which was no benefit to him but was willing to meet us. Johnny is a great person and agent, and we’re hoping to work more with him in the future!

Kelly was an amazing realtor and really made an effort to do all she could to make sure we found a house we loved. We were first time home buyers and didn’t know much about the process, but she graciously guided us throughout the process and answered all of our questions. My husband and I both highly recommend her.

After 3 purchases of homes, I thought all realtors were the same. Kelly went above and beyond to help us in every nuance of the selling and purchasing of our new and old home. We got our dream home, and dream realtor in one meeting. Kind, knowledgeable, experienced and absolutely willing to fight for everything to go right. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home or property. I would use her again and again for all things realty. Oh, did I mention she always has connections to movers, design teams for remodeling, contractors for repairs and just all around helpful beyond any other realtor we have ever used. Our family adores her, and honestly hope to see her for many years. She has become a part of our family.
